Limited residences still available as Phase 1 reaches completion

Extell Development Co. said Wednesday that initial closings have begun at The Lofts Pier Village in Long Branch.

The oceanfront condominium at the Jersey Shore is more than 85 percent sold in Phase I. With a limited selection of condominiums still available in Phase I, residents are starting to move and settle into their new homes.

“The response to sales at The Lofts Pier Village has been unprecedented and we are excited to reach this significant milestone,” said Moshe Botnick, vice president of Development at Extell Development Co. “Homebuyers at The Lofts Pier Village will be benefiting tremendously from an unprecedented 30-year tax abatement (PILOT) program which significantly reduces their carrying costs. Residents are looking forward to experiencing firsthand everything that The Lofts has to offer.”

The Lofts Pier Village brings 245 homes to Long Branch. Designed by Shore Point Architecture with interiors by The Childs Dreyfus Group, it features one-to-four-bedroom residences with floor-to-ceiling windows, open layouts, and private outdoor terraces.

The Lofts Pier Village is another component of a large-scale renovation to the Long Branch oceanfront which includes The Wave Resort, a boutique luxury hotel built by Kushner Cos.

Located just 15-minutes from Asbury Park and an hour’s drive from New York City, Pier Village also has rail access available via a shuttle service that takes residents directly to the nearby New Jersey Transit train station.
