Wood Partners officially broke ground on Alta French Hill in Marlborough, MA which is a luxury 276-unit apartment development with one to three bedroom layouts and upscale finishes. The community will include amenities such as a fitness center, lounges, courtyards with a pool and dog park, plus nearly 10,000 sq ft of retail; pre leasing is set to begin in 2024 with move-ins starting February 2025.
