Construction has broken ground on The Vantage, a four-story mixed-use project at 112 Ferris Place in\u00a0Westfield<\/a>, New Jersey. Developed by Vango Development, the project will deliver 60 rental residences, including nine designated as affordable housing, above a ground-floor retail space and underground parking. Designed to align with Westfield\u2019s \u201cProspect & Ferris Redevelopment Plan,\u201d the project is being developed in collaboration with CPA Architecture, MHS Architecture, Stonefield Engineering & Design, and The Childs Dreyfus Group, with leasing scheduled to begin in early 2027.<\/p>\n
