Malas Development has leased over 50% of the first 256-unit phase at The Marq Teaneck, a new luxury rental community in Bergen County, just months after opening. The midrise complex at 329 Alfred Ave offers high-end studio to two-bedroom units, modern finishes, indoor coworking spaces, and soon-to-be-revealed resort-style outdoor amenities such as a pool, courtyard, grilling stations, and a dog run just in time for summer. Building on this momentum, Malas has closed on an additional 2.5-acre parcel for a second 248-unit phase, with demolition underway to expand the development further. (April 21st 2025)<\/p>\n
